Lisa has been a health & fitness professional for over 30 years. As a young adult she competed nationally as a synchronised swimmer before turning to swimming teaching & coaching. It was a natural progression from there to Group Exercise.
She has worked for a number of large health club chains as a class instructor & a group fitness manager both here in the UK & Australia. In recent years she has taught weekly classes for many local health clubs before making the decision to devote her time to her to developing her own business & private classes & clients under the Mind Body Maintenance banner.
Helen has been a Complementary Health Practitioner and teacher for over 30 years. She qualified from the Raworth College of Sports and Natural Medicine in 1994. Since then Helen has worked in a number of Complementary Health Clinics and The Sanctuary Health Spa, in Covent Garden, London.
She has run her own Practice in Thames Ditton for many years and teaches courses in Indian Head massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Meditation at Esher College.
From a young age Jo’s exercise of choice was dance, she enjoyed jazz, ballet, contemporary and tap; She was lucky enough to follow her passion and study dance at Esher College, The Royal Academy of Dance and ultimately at Bath Spa University where she gained a BA (Hons) in Dance.
Whilst teaching dance classes she started to attend Stott Pilates sessions to strengthen her body to cope with the rigours of teaching. Jo says it made such a difference to here overall health & wellbeing she decided to train as an instructor. Following an intensive training she qualified as a Stotts Pilates Instructor in 2014
Jo discovered Yoga at a time when she needed to switch off from the pressures of modern life. As her love for Yoga grew she spent a year completing the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation course & then became a fully qualified 300hour British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2019
