Mindfulness

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations & surrounding environment. Being mindful makes it easier to savour pleasures in life as they occur. By focusing on the here & now we can find we are less likely to get caught up in worries about the future or regrets over the past.
