A 30min low impact workout. Featuring 2 blocks of intervals using low impact moves that can then be incorporated into a routine at the end. Use this session in a way that’s right for you.
If you are new to exercising or are getting back to it after a break you may want to start slow & just do the first 2 blocks, gradually building up the length of your workout,
If you don’t want to do the choreographed routine at the end, just repeat the blocks again for a longer workout.
