Crunches & Sit Ups

Although they both strengthen abdominals & core in general, crunches & sits ups are quite different. In a crunch the lower back never leaves the floor & targets the rectus abdomens muscle (your 6 pack) A sit-up has a larger range of movement & targets multiple muscle groups at the same time. In this video Jo takes us through how to perform both correctly while protecting the neck & back. It delivers a quite a core challenge too!
