This longer session uses poses & flowing movement to mobilise the joints & improve the flexibility of their surrounding muscles. Everything is done at a slow & deliberate pace so you can tune into your body & become aware of areas that need attention. Once the body is stretch & mobilised, sink into relaxation to give your cells time to assimilate what they have done.
